Babar Azam holds another world record 



Karachi (Daily Pakistan Online) The first Test between Pakistan and New Zealand is going on in Karachi where captain Babar Azam has set another world record.

While captain Babar Azam won the honor of scoring the most runs in the calendar of the year, he also held the record for scoring the most international fifty plus runs in a year.

Babar Azam completed his 9th century with a six against New Zealand, making it the 25th time he has scored 50 plus runs in international matches this year. He scored 7 international centuries and 18 fifties. He has equaled the record of Kumar Sangakkara of Sri Lanka.

In the same match, he became the highest international run-scorer by a Pakistani player, breaking Muhammad Yousuf's record.
