A sharp expansion in the cost of gold


KARACHI: The cost of gold at the public level has arrived at the most elevated level in history after a sharp increment.


As per the report of All Pakistan Preeminent Board Diamond setters Affiliation, one tola of gold has become costly by Rs 3050 in homegrown trade markets during seven days because of which gold per tola has expanded from Rs 1 lakh 69 thousand 650 to Rs 1 lakh 72 thousand 700.


Then again, with a critical increment of 614 rupees, the cost of 10 grams of gold expanded from 1 lakh 45 thousand 448 rupees to 1 lakh 48 thousand 62 rupees, while the cost of gold per ounce diminished from 1794 bucks to 1793 bucks because of the lessening of 1 dollar in the worldwide bullion market during the period under survey.


As per the report, on Saturday, one tola of gold became costly by 11 bucks in the global market, while one tola of gold became costly by 800 rupees and 10 grams of gold by 686 rupees in homegrown bullion markets.
